Gearless Lifts (MRL)

The Machine Room Less elevator is the result of technological advancement that allow a significant reduction in the size of the electric motors used with traction equipment.
Machine Room Less elevators do not have a fixed machine room on the top of the hoistway, and thus saves much building's space.
Machine Room Less elevators are designed so that most of the components fit within the shaft containing the elevator car and a small cabinet houses the elevator controller.
MRL (Gearless High Speed) lifts are traction elevators that features a compact motor drive mounted inside the lift shaft. MRL lifts allow fast, powerful and energy efficient transportation. We are supplying MRL lifts with a speed 1mtr/Sec. with a load of upto 2000Kg. The main controller is installed on the top floor, next to the landing door. Like normal traction lifts we are using conventional steel cord ropes as hosting cables in MRL lifts.
