Dumb Waiter

A Dumbwaiter is a small freight elevator intended to carry objects rather than people. Dumbwaiters found within modern structures, including commercial, public and private buildings are often connected between multiple floors. When installed in restaurants, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, retirement homes or in private homes, the lifts generally terminate in the kitchen.

The range of dumbwaiter lifts is designed, manufactured and installed to provide the easy movement of small goods efficiently between floors. Most commonly found in catering environments and hotels, the Shubam Dumbwaiter Lift is capable of traveling vertically upto 15 meters and can be supplied as either a standard product or specially made to specifications.

Small lifts installed in kitchen for transfering cooked hot food, dirty utensils,raw materials etc. to various pantries at all floors in multistoried hotels, large households, marriage halls, restaurants etc. Dumbwaiters for kitchens are usually made of stainless steel so that they are not affected by steam, hot food,water etc.

Dumbwaiters are also used in hospitals and departments stores to carry material to various levels in the building. These can be of S.S. or M.S. The capacity of Shubam Dumbwaiter is from 125 Kg to 150 Kg.
